Polymers and Resins We Supply

TurkPoly covers the full range of commodity thermoplastics and engineering polymers produced and exported from Turkey — from bulk polypropylene and polyethylene through to engineering compounds, recycled grades, and specialty masterbatch.

We work with plastic processors, film extruders, injection molders, pipe manufacturers, packaging producers, and automotive tier suppliers across all major polymer categories. Each category is described in the sections below.

Polypropylene and Polyethylene

TurkPoly supplies polypropylene and polyethylene in grades covering the primary processing applications.

Polypropylene is available in homopolymer and copolymer grades for injection molding, film extrusion, raffia, fiber production, and pipe applications. Polyethylene is available as HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE. HDPE grades cover pipe, blow molding, and injection applications. LDPE covers film extrusion and coating. LLDPE covers stretch film, agricultural film, and flexible packaging applications.

Buyers provide MFI requirement, intended application, and annual volume in metric tons. We confirm grade availability, production source, and pricing basis in the feasibility response.

PVC, PET and Polystyrene

TurkPoly supplies PVC in suspension and emulsion grades for pipe, profile, flooring, coating, and flexible applications. K-values from K58 to K70 are available. PET is available in bottle grade, fiber grade, and film grade for packaging and textile fiber applications. Polystyrene is available as GPPS for packaging and electronics applications and HIPS for higher impact resistance requirements.

Buyers provide intended application, K-value or IV specification where applicable, and volume. Grade availability and minimum order quantities are confirmed in the feasibility response.

Engineering Plastics and Compounds

TurkPoly supplies engineering polymers for applications requiring higher mechanical and thermal performance than commodity thermoplastics provide.

Polyamide PA6 and PA66 are available in unreinforced and glass fiber reinforced grades for automotive, electrical, and industrial applications. ABS is available in standard and flame-retardant grades for electronics and consumer goods. Polycarbonate is available in optical and technical grades. Compounds and custom masterbatch are available for buyers requiring color, UV stabilization, or functional additive incorporation.

Buyers provide application requirement, mechanical specification or existing TDS, and volume. We confirm grade availability and compound feasibility in the response.

Recycled and Sustainable Polymer Grades

TurkPoly supplies post-consumer recycled PCR grades and certified recycled content polymers for buyers with sustainability mandates or recycled content requirements in their finished products.

Recycled PP, HDPE, and LDPE are available with GRS certification for buyers requiring verified recycled content documentation. Regrind and repelletized grades are available for less demanding applications where certified documentation is not required.

Buyers specify required PCR percentage, intended application, and any certification requirement at inquiry stage.

Export Markets and Delivery

TurkPoly exports polymer resins to plastic processors and industrial buyers in Europe, North America, the Gulf, and global markets from Turkish ports at Mersin, İzmir, and Ambarlı.

Shipments move in 25kg bags on pallets, big bags of 1,000 to 1,250kg, and ISO tank or bulk silo truck format depending on product and buyer plant infrastructure. Ocean freight to Northern European ports runs 7 to 12 days. Ocean freight to US East Coast ports runs 12 to 16 days. Gulf destinations are reached within 5 to 8 days.

Turkey operates within the EU Customs Union. Polymer shipments to EU destinations move under A.TR. movement certificates, removing import duty at the EU border for qualifying goods. This affects landed cost calculations for EU processors directly.

Incoterm options include FOB, CIF, DDP, and DAP.

Quality and Compliance

Polymer production facilities supplying through TurkPoly hold certifications relevant to their product categories and target markets.

REACH registration covers chemical compliance for EU market access. RoHS compliance is available for engineering plastics supplied to electronics and automotive applications. FDA and BfR compliance is available for food-contact polymer grades. GRS certification covers verified recycled content grades. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 apply to facilities supplying automotive-grade compounds.

Full technical data sheets, certificates of analysis, and batch documentation are provided with every shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS or equivalent is available on request.

TurkPoly operates within the TurkExperts export network, which supports compliance documentation, export administration, and logistics coordination.
